James Beard's Cooked Oatmeal Bread recipe again. This was was full of sunflower seeds, half whole wheat, and inexplicably tasted like it already had peanut butter on it. I wasn't that impressed with the way it looked, now that I am so fancy and make fancy breads that rise up to the sky all the time, but taste and texture were very good. This is one of Libby's favorites.
