Today was our last CSA pickup of the season.
Goodbye to PS 9 and wet walks home with full tote bags.
There's some talk of us getting a winter share, with lots of storage vegetables and hopefully fresh cold-frame grown greens, but there are only a limited number of these available and I don't know if we'll be judged worthy.
This week, for our final share, we got:
1 lb little orange carrots
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch kale
1/2 lb arugula
1 delicata squash
1.5 lbs potatoes (plain brown ones this time)
