Tuesdays with Dorie: Linzer Sables

Good, but not great. The recipe called for a lot of ground almonds, and I used ones with skin on. The final result might have been more delicate with peeled ones. Still, always pretty. And I like that they were biscuit like and not too sweet. Not going to be my final Linzer cookie recipe, though, if there is such a thing.

That jam is raspberry. It just looks very dark in the photo.
