The CSA really got us out of the habit of buying greens. Suddenly, when making an impromptu dinner for Matt's birthday, I found that the main dish was literally the only thing in the house that I could offer--I had no more lettuce glut, no kale, not even turnips. Luckily, this weekend was the second winter share box. We got two bunches of this beautiful tatsoi (I think that's what it is) and I was so impressed that I had to pretend that I grew it--hence the posing in the planter. More photos from the box soon, as I make us some long overdue roughage.
