I'll be honest, this was a slightly hurried TWD for me. I slapped it together after a cookout one night last week, and we ate it absently, and it was ok. I think that's what souffles really are--I think they are weeknight food when you don't have much left in the house but cheese (or in this case chocolate) and eggs.
They're fun and puffy, but really not as much fun to eat as to play with, at least in my admittedly limited experience. Now I know what chocolate ones taste like. Now I know. I will probably continue ordering fruit desserts and ice cream in restaurants, but that's me. They do look nice in their little cups.

I'll have to try a cheese souffle, now that I've made the chocolate version. you know i forgot the egg yolks and they still came out good!
I like how you used different containers to bake your chocolate souffles in. It turned out great - the rise didn't fall at all it looks like! =) I'd like to try a savory souffle too!
they look just right to me.
