More Croissants
No pictures, as these had to go to a meeting, but an equally successful batch succeeded the first. I really don't want these to get too easy. They are really more the kind of things to make as a special effort once a year, but not a routine to get into.

I would just like to say that as an eater of these meeting-bound croissants I was a highly satisfied customer. I hope I am present next year when KS makes these again. Putting both the almond AND the chocolate in some of them is such a scarily good trick.
