Sourdough Rye with Caraway Seeds

Sticky dough, perfect bread. Now I'm getting more aggressive in giving it away, so as to be able to continue baking almost daily. Rob moved in yesterday, and I sent poor unsuspecting Steve, who moved him, away with a steaming loaf of fresh rye. He seemed slightly bemused, and suggested he might use it as a missile to hurl at annoying other van drivers.
