This is our second to last CSA distribution. I'll miss it, but for now I have more greens than any girl knows what to do with. They're the early crop of the winter greens, and they are mostly very new and sweet. And a lot of potatoes, that, in Nicola's words, look like "a pile of little baby pigs."We got:
1.5 lbs red potatoes
1 bunch sage
1 head lettuce2 green peppers
1 bunch arugula
1 bunch baby kale
1 bunch mizuna1 bunch baby beets and beet greens
1 bunch baby carrots
