A quick late TWD--these cookies are pretty much the answer to having few ingredients in the house and wanting great cookies with minimal effort. With just egg whites, sugar, flavorings, and nuts, the cookies taste a little like candy.

here. Oh, and by the way, I've entirely stopped using instant espresso powder. I just pour in a straight spoonful of finely ground coffee.

Yours look great. I can't get over how different each one of us made our cookies look. I agree with you that they taste like candy.
