Rye and Raisins

Just a quick shot of some recent rye sourdough with golden raisins and sliced almonds. Very soft and delicate despite the rough-ground local rye flour.

Beautiful bread! I've never heard of pairing rye flour with raisins or almonds. It sounds quite good!
