Lucky for you all, Leonard Lopate has kindly secured the recipe for the internets. I slammed this little beauty together in the calm before Saturday's wedding storm, with some farmers market bosc pears and some almond paste that had just happened to be hanging out in the refrigerator for a very long time (luckily still soft).
